Cycling Soft is designed to ensure the recovery of the cyclist who prefers to sleep prone (face down).
In the practice of cycling the cervical area is hyperextended thanks to a prolonged isometric contraction of the muscles which form the neck triangle, right shoulder and left shoulder.
This contraction can cause muscles soreness and promote a functional ankylosis of the cervical vertebrae.
The pillow Cycling Soft helps the cervical area to resume its natural functionality.
